기존의 아미노산 분석법은 다음과 같은 어려움이 있었습니다.

  • Post-labeling (후유도체화) 방식: 이온교환 모드를 사용해 아미노산을 완전히 분리해야 하므로, 이동상 구성이 복잡하고 분석 시간을 단축하기 어려움
  • Pre-labeling (전유도체화) 방식: 역상 모드를 사용해 짧은 시간에 분석 가능하지만, 아미노산 사전 라벨링 반응에 시간과 장비가 필요하고, 시료 매트릭스에 따라 라벨링 효율이 영향받기 쉬움
