고해상도 3 μm 실리카 컬럼

Unison UK-Silica는 3 μm 입자를 사용한 고해상도 실리카 컬럼으로, 기존 5 μm 실리카 컬럼보다 더 높은 분리 성능과 빠른 분석 속도를 제공합니다. 수계 및 비수계 조건 모두에서 순상 이동상 분리에 활용할 수 있으며, 아세트산·포름산과 같은 산성 첨가제와 함께 사용할 경우 더욱 안정적인 결과를 얻을 수 있습니다.

이 컬럼은 천연물 화학, 유기 합성 연구 등 다양한 분야에서 기본이 되는 순상 컬럼으로 활용될 수 있습니다.

⚠ 사용 시 주의사항 (Caution)

UK-Silica는 순수 실리카 컬럼입니다. 실리카는 산성 조건에서는 매우 안정적이지만, 초산암모늄(Ammonium acetate)과 같은 중성 pH 환경에서는 용해되기 쉬워, LC-MS 사용 시 컬럼 블리딩 및 내구성 저하가 우려될 수 있습니다.

초산암모늄이나 포름산암모늄(Ammonium formate) 같은 중성염을 포함한 수계 이동상을 사용할 경우, 실리카 가수분해를 방지하기 위해 혼합 비율을 20% 이하(가급적 10% 이하)로 유지하는 것을 권장합니다.
